App refers to the ORMS mobile application developed by Omprakash, accessible via mobile devices.

Zilla Panchayat refers to the governing body using the ORMS app for managing payments, dues, and challans related to businesses in their jurisdiction.

Customer refers to any individual or entity using the ORMS app for managing payments, dues, and challans related to their businesses in the Zilla Panchayat.

Data refers to the information collected by the app, including names, phone numbers, and Zilla Panchayat (ZPAN) details provided by the customer.

Payment Gateway refers to the third-party service (ArthPay) integrated into the app for processing online transactions.

By using the ORMS app, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which form the contract between the Customer and the Zilla Panchayat. The ORMS app shall be governed by such terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

3.1 The ORMS app collects the following data from customers:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Zilla Panchayat (ZPAN) details

3.2 The data is collected for the following purposes:

• Managing customer dues and payments related to their businesses.
• Generating and managing challans issued by the Zilla Panchayat.
• Facilitating online payments through the integrated payment gateway (ArthPay).

3.3 The app does not share any collected data with third parties, except for the payment gateway (ArthPay) for processing transactions. All data is encrypted and securely stored.

4.1 The ORMS app integrates with ArthPay, a third-party payment gateway, to facilitate online transactions. The Zilla Panchayat is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of ArthPay.

4.2 No other third-party services are used, and no data is shared with any other external entities.

5.1 All data collected by the ORMS app is encrypted and stored securely. The Zilla Panchayat ensures that appropriate measures are in place to protect customer data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5.2 The Zilla Panchayat does not share, sell, or distribute customer data to any third parties, except as required for payment processing through ArthPay.

6.1 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information while using the ORMS app.

6.2 The Customer must ensure that their mobile device is secure and that unauthorized individuals do not gain access to their data.

6.3 The Customer must notify the Zilla Panchayat immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account or data.

7.1 The Zilla Panchayat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the ORMS app, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in the data provided by the Customer.
• Failure or delay in processing payments through the payment gateway.
• Unauthorized access to customer data due to reasons beyond the Zilla Panchayat's control.

7.2 The Zilla Panchayat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality or reliability of the ORMS app.

The Zilla Panchayat reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the app or via email.
